These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of noe-wellness.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from NOÉ, operated by ANASA LONDON LIMITED (company number 16788836), registered in England and Wales (“NOÉ”, “we”, “us”, “our”). NOÉ is a trading name of ANASA LONDON LIMITED. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products

We take care to describe and picture our products accurately, but slight variations in colour and packaging may occur. All products are subject to availability.

Pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. If we discover a pricing error, we will let you know and you can confirm or cancel your order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order - for example, if a product is unavailable or we identify a pricing error.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure payment providers.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom, the EU and a number of international destinations. Delivery is free on UK orders over £40. Estimated delivery times are guidelines, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for full details of where we deliver.

Cancellations and returns

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order at any time from when you place it up to 14 days after you receive your goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once you've told us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. For hygiene reasons, certain cosmetic products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site - including the NOÉ name, logo, text, images and design - belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights or our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from a failure to follow product instructions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the Site.
