At NOÉ, we want you to love your products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our policy below.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order at any time from when you place it up to 14 days after you receive your goods. Once you've told us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in a resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used or tampered with, unless they are faulty.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@noe-wellness.com so we can make it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or fault

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item is faulty;
  • the item was damaged during delivery; or
  • we sent the wrong item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
